About

The first Feminists In Dialogue event was held on Monday, 9 September 2013 in London. The event aimed to bring together a small group of Black and White feminists for a discussion about race and feminism, with the aim of encouraging White women to be better allies.

This discussion focused primarily on race and feminism, whilst acknowledging that there are other issues that are necessarily implicated in the whole debate around intersectionality and that come within discussion of race and feminism itself e.g., gender identity, sexuality, disability, class.
